1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Epta Dimensions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Epta Dimensions provides interior design services including but not limited to:

• Space planning and layout design
• Color consultation and selection
• Furniture and fixture selection
• Lighting design and planning
• Material and texture consultation
• Project management and execution
• Sustainable design solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements and budget
• Make timely decisions when presented with design options
• Ensure access to the property or space being designed
• Pay all fees and expenses as outlined in your service agreement
• Respect the intellectual property rights of all design work
• Communicate any concerns or changes promptly

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• An initial deposit is required to commence work
• Progress payments may be scheduled based on project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to:

• Client-requested modifications or delays
• Supplier or contractor delays
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
• Permit or approval delays

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant timeline changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and related materials created by Epta Dimensions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon project only.

7. Modifications and Changes

Changes to the agreed-upon design scope may result in additional fees. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved before implementation. We reserve the right to charge for additional time and resources required for changes.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However:

• We do not warrant the performance of third-party contractors or suppliers
• We are not responsible for defects in materials or workmanship by others
• Client satisfaction is subjective; we will work to address concerns reasonably
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

10. Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing. If you prefer privacy, please inform us before project commencement.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all client information confidential. We will not share your personal information or project details with third parties except as necessary to complete your project or as required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
• Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable
• We will transfer all paid-for design work to the client
• Outstanding balances must be paid within 30 days

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epta Dimensions operates. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with your individual service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Epta Dimensions regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
